Globen

The visual language designed to attract the people who build and maintain our infrastructure. A bold, functional identity that speaks directly to the hard workers powering the green and infra sectors.

Environment
During my year as a graphic designer at Globen, a recruitment agency focused on the green and infrastructure sectors, I worked on strengthening the visual communication of the brand and its growing ecosystem. Alongside Globen, I also contributed to CCB, a training company for professionals in the sector, and KENNISS, an online learning platform where companies and individuals can follow digital courses.
Challenge
The organizations shared the same mission of strengthening the green and infra workforce, but their communication and branding needed clearer visual storytelling. Complex services such as recruitment, training, and digital learning had to be communicated in a way that felt accessible, professional, and recognizable across multiple brands.
Contribution
Through branding, design, and video content, I helped create a stronger visual language for Globen and its related platforms. This included developing brand assets, visual content, and motion-driven storytelling that made the companies’ services clearer and more engaging for their audiences. The result was a more consistent and recognizable brand presence across recruitment, training, and digital education.

My Philosophy

Design starts with clarity.
Strong ideas lead, visuals support.
Every detail should have a reason to exist.
I use new tools and AI to explore faster, but craftsmanship remains essential.
Good design creates direction, not distraction.
