Working at Onwise, a full-service online marketing agency, gave me the opportunity to contribute to a wide variety of creative projects across multiple disciplines. From branding and web design to content creation and digital campaigns, I worked on translating strategy into visual experiences that help brands stand out online. My work ranged from designing brand identities and websites to creating social media content, motion visuals and video productions. I was also involved in producing podcast content and supporting larger creative initiatives such as campaigns and events. This environment required balancing creativity with marketing effectiveness, ensuring that every design or piece of content not only looked strong visually but also supported the strategic goals of the client or campaig
Challenge
Agency environments move quickly and require creative solutions across many different formats and platforms. Each project came with its own challenges: adapting brand identities for digital use, designing websites that balance aesthetics with usability, and producing content that captures attention in increasingly crowded online spaces. At the same time, the creative landscape is evolving rapidly. Designers are expected to work faster, explore new tools and continuously refine their workflow while maintaining a high level of creative quality. This meant constantly exploring new techniques, experimenting with emerging technologies and finding smarter ways to translate ideas into impactful visuals and content.
Contribution
During my time at Onwise, I contributed to projects across web design, branding, content design, videography and podcast production. My role focused on developing visual concepts and executing them across digital platforms, whether that meant designing websites, creating social media visuals, producing video content or supporting the visual direction of campaigns and events. An important part of my development during this time was integrating AI tools into my creative workflow. By experimenting with AI-assisted ideation, visual exploration and production workflows, I was able to expand my creative process and improve efficiency while still maintaining a strong focus on traditional design thinking and craftsmanship. The result is a body of work that reflects both creative versatility and a forward-thinking approach to modern design—combining branding, digital design and content creation to help communicate ideas in engaging and effective ways.
